Any reservation agent will be able to assist. ACT FAST!! The reservations ARE DUE by: Wednesday, June 19^th, 2024; it is important that your reservations are booked on or before this date. After the reservations due date has passed, the rooms being held for your event will be released and returned to the resorts general inventory with the event still responsible for the contracted room revenue. Reservations requested after due date will be accepted on a space available basis at the higher of the contract rate or rate available at that time of request.

If you are a student and need sponsorship choose an "ABWP Student (Sponsor Me Registration)". We will be contacting you all first come first serve with physician members who are generous enough to purchase a sponsored student ticket.

We are requesting that any of our physicians who can sponsor a student, attending or NOT, purchase one of the following to help our students:

- ABWP Physician (Not attending, but want to sponsor a student registration) $75.00

- ABWP Physician (Attending and want to sponsor a student registration) $150.00

Purchasing a "Sponsor Me Student Ticket" will help an ABWP student in need to so they don't miss this year's Annual Retreat. We will match those tickets, first come first serve to assist a student member in need. All "Sponsor Me Tickets" that are unmatched, physician's will be issued a full reimbursement. Reimbursement can take up to 7-10 business days.

All donations to ABWP are tax deductible and we can send you a donation letter. If you would like to purchase more student tickets or have any questions, please contact Dalyce Kelley in Membership (214) 560-8811 (text welcome).
